Based on the reviews, Catoe & Son Plumbing, Inc. provides amazing plumbing service. The company is professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, and the service was quick, efficient, and refreshing. Customers were extremely happy with the work. From a dripping and leaking bathtub faucet to a water heater issue, the team fixed the problem promptly and correctly. The price was very fair. The technicians were polite, respectful, and took their time to carefully repair the issue. They explained everything they were going to do. Speaking to the team felt like talking to a good friend. The service was as pleasant as having an old friend around. They are by far the best to work with. Customers highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.
Second service call using Catoe Plumbing. Five star service both times – – once for a hot water heater and the second time was to have shut off valves replaced under my kitchen sink. Very pleased with the service.
