“I found this establishment because i knew the area & i know there are reliable techs & business owners there.I went to initial place before here that AAA towed my car to and they tried to price gouge me, i know i had a lot of work to be put into my car. At the same time i knew that i could find someone reliable who would be honest about pricing and be within reason. I had to get my engine valve gasket, oil pans, a/c condenser, timing covers, power steering pump, among other things.I was very grateful to find this shop.Marcus is the man who runs the shop and he's very kind and patient and works with you & his tech does everything in a timely manor.The older gentlemen that worked on my car showed me before & after pictures and what exactly he fixed. It's very helpful to learn about what exactly was wrong and be shown it as well.It's hard as a woman to find a good mechanic who isn't trying to rip you off and just make a paycheck. “Please allow me a few minutes to wax poetic about my experience with Dave McKenzie as my service advisor.
Let me preface this by saying that my first experience with him was about 8 years ago when I had the good fortune of him being my car salesperson. There was no pressure to purchase, and honest answers given.
Then about five years later, I once again had the distinct pleasure of having Mr. McKenzie as my financial advisor while I negotiated a simultaneous trade-in and purchase.
