I brought my 2015 CMAX hybrid Vehicle for an oil change and they took care putting in the Mobil 1 extended high mileage (The best) oil I requested (which you need to let them know so they can deliver it to their location in advance to your appointment) and their oil filter. I did not have to wait long 30 mins or so and the service agent was friendly and helpful. Very close to my home location and convenient. Thank you!
Had my expedition serviced, then few weeks later tires and brakes. Did an outstanding job, Alex is a true professional; communication was outstanding, and made me feel confident in Mullinax. I’m now thinking of buying a truck from them if they can continue to provide that level of customer care ! Please don’t change into these other dealers. I finally found a place I trust and like.

Droppped car the night before for a 1000a appt on Saturday and needed vehicle done by noon.
The phone system here is absolutely crap. Call, asked to hold 20 minutes and diconnected. Call, asked to hold 15 minutes to voicmeail. Appointment schedule as well is equally terrible.
So I decided to swing by and see what was up at 1130a. My truck was still where I left it.
I was as salty as I could be.
Alex should be promoted, nurtured, and commended. He talked me down and made everything right. He is an asset. Please reward this gentlemen accordingly.
