TGMG North Riverview is a professional and friendly medical office with caring staff. Patients appreciate the thorough care from doctors like Dr. Maynard, who takes her time and provides detailed attention. While wait times can vary, staff members like Ana offer good customer service and communicate well about delays. Overall, the office provides quality care and a positive experience for patients.
I’ve been a patient at TGH Medical Group @ Riverview and with Dr. Fontecha’s office since mid-2024. Getting started did take some time ~ about 2.5 months for the initial appointment and another month and a half for the first well-check, but I understand that seems to be their standard process.
That said, I am very pleased with Dr. Fontecha and nurse Yira. What really stands out is how thorough and open Dr. Fontecha is during visits. He takes the time to talk through everything, encourages questions, and doesn’t rush you. I'm a little stingy with 5 star reviews but while the wait and facilities aren't perfect they are professional and both the staff and caregivers do a great job. I'm lucky to have Dr. Fontecha for primary care, Yira for taking my vitals and information, and the others whose names I forget who are doing good work in a busy profession.
The wait time was outrageous!My appointment was set for 9:30am and did not get called to see the doctor until 11am.After all, Ana the office supervisor explained that the office was running behind schedule and apologize for the delay. Great customer service from Ana.Dr. Maynard is the best!!! She takes her time and is very detailed.I will be coming back!!
