I'm a little stingy with 5 star reviews but while the wait and facilities aren't perfect they are professional and both the staff and caregivers do a great job. I'm lucky to have Dr. Fontecha for primary care, Yira for taking my vitals and information, and the others whose names I forget who are doing good work in a busy profession.
The wait time was outrageous!My appointment was set for 9:30am and did not get called to see the doctor until 11am.After all, Ana the office supervisor explained that the office was running behind schedule and apologize for the delay. Great customer service from Ana.Dr. Maynard is the best!!! She takes her time and is very detailed.I will be coming back!!
Dr. Nancy Calderon-Polanco is absolutely amazing. The nurse was so kind and helped me with a expensive script and I got a discount through GoodRX. She even stayed in the room and called the pharmacy with me. I was able to get in same day and the office is so clean. I am changing my PCP and will come to this office from now on.
