Get my roots done with Zulay. I often get my roots done. They are all amazing. I love the fact that I don't get the pulling of the hair when getting it colored. I also enjoy when my hair is getting washed. The young lady does not pull, she massages the scalp just heaven to me.
Definitely recommend! Moved back to the area after 5 years and I am so glad to be back at Rocios. I was a client for years before we moved out of state and I had my first visit today and it’s still great! I have thick, long Puerto Rican hair and Sami always leaves my hair perfect! She also touched up my roots that were badly outgrown and it matched the exact color! Not sure about the other reviews I have read but it’s a welcoming salon and I have never had an issue.
My mom and I have been going to Rocio's for a few months and we LOVE them. Zulay does an amazing job with color, cut and the blowout. I've also seen Rocio's blowouts and they are both great. The only thing is the wait.. always a long wait but well worth it!
