I Love Riverview Grooming. I have a chubby, yellow, lab named Sara. I just walk-in with her. She gets a full beauty day. Bath, de-shedding, nails cut. Even a warm oil treatment for her paws. The staff is friendly, and very attentive. I highly recommend them. I have been using them for many years. I have always been thrilled with the service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else?❤️❤️
I take my pup Simba here to get his nails clipped and smoothed, they always do a great job and his paws always look so good! He is very active and scared when it comes to nail trims but they never complain! No pokes no stabs, just smooth!
I've used this groomer three times now. The groomer definitely seems overwhelmed most of the time, she's there by herself. The first two visits were a full groom. The last visit was just a bath. I was happy with the full groom however the bath was disappointing. The dirt that I dropped my pooch off with was still on his face when I picked him up. They did wash his body, as he was still slightly wet. However, I was really expecting him to come back to me squeaky clean. I like the retail area in the store and different accessory options available. One other downside is that you have to be careful what suggestions you say yes to as it will reflect on the bill when you pick up your pet. Not a bad groomer, the facility is clean, the scheduling process is easy but results can vary.
