Michael is absolutely amazing at what he does and made the whole experience a breeze. Dropped my phone in a pool and shorted out my screen on the 4th. Within 24 hours he was able to order a screen and replace it, while providing the best customer service I have had the pleasure of experiencing.
Should I ever have the opportunity of having another part break on my phone, I look forward to visiting Michael again.

As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for almost 20 years. I can say this was top of the line customer service. Michael was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient and reasonable. Not to mention just a cool person overall. Even made recommendations for future repair. Without heavy sales pressure. Which makes me more inclined to return. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.
