They are over priced and the girl that did my nails did a very poor job one nail broke so I went back to get it fixed and she didn't even make the nail the same length then another one broke my gel polish was coming off my nails and feet I will never go back to them if they were the only nail spot in the world

I had an appointment yesterday with Liz. She took her time which I really appreciated. My nails were thin from just recently removing an old set. She even hand filed my nails when prepping for tips because she knew my fingers were sore. I’ve never had someone do that before. She definitely considered my comfort. The shop is nice and clean. I definitely recommend Liz.

I’ve been going to JoJo for a little under two years now for my eyebrows. On multiple occasions I’ve come in & I’m told she’s not there, or she will be in at a certain time. Once I come back she is still not there. Today was no different & the last time. I came at 2:20 I was told she would be in at 3; I return at 3:40 only to find out it would be 10 more minutes. It’s beyond unprofessional. If nobody else in the shop the owner should exemplify excellent customer service & be in the shop at the time they tell the employees they will be. OR DONT HAVE THE EMPLOYEES GUESSING WHEN YOU’RE GOING TO BE THERE. Going to find someone else to do my brows now.
