Alex was an amazing technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. He showed up at the time scheduled and answered every question I had. He also took his time making sure every aspect of my home was covered and did so with a friendly demeanor. I would recommend Hometeam and specifically Alex to anyone and will be sure to continue using them.

Luis at HomeTeam Pest Defense is absolutely wonderful. He’s been our go-to “bug guy” and is always so pleasant, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers questions with patience, and makes sure everything is handled thoroughly.
