We would like to Thank Paul from Florida Pro Home Inspections. We hired him to perform a home and 4 point mitigation inspection. He was extremely throrough with both inspections and pointed out very significant issues related to the roof, AC, garage and many items in the interior. This was a new build, and we were assured by the seller's agent just prior to the inspection tha everything was in perfect shape. This was far from the truth Paul's expertise that has saved us from holding the bag for many repairs under an AS IS home purchase.
