I was in town for a few weeks and tried out the New Student Special and so glad I did. I went daily and every single class and instructor was different. Absolutely loved it. Sad to leave honestly. The special also includes one session of “Fire & Ice” which is sauna/cold plunge. I hate cold water and I still loved it! The community here is also very welcoming. Definitely recommend!❤️

I went to the Summer Sonic Sound Bath class and it was amazingly relaxing. Also the teachers were incredibly warm and welcoming to me from the moment i walked in the door. I definitely recommend checking Ebb & Flow out.

Unfortunately I'm moving away from the area, but I don't want to leave without leaving a review to this studio that welcomed me when I arrived to the city of Brandon. The sense of community and support that I found here is tremendous. I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to join your studio. The new studio is bigger, with more things to offer. With its clean and serene environment. Always a fresh fragance in the ambience. The instructors are the best. Each one with their different styles, but the core is the same, LOVE and KINDNESS. If you are deciding wich studio to choose, don't look no further, this is it. Namaste.
