My experience with Estefania was great. I definitely recommend her. I love my eyebrows , and I will not go to anyone else to have them done. Estefania is very professional , always takes her time to make sure you are 100% satisfied.. I also like the fact that she takes the time to follow up with you to make sure your are doing well.

I haven't had the pleasure of using this salon, however my customer service experience was top-notch. I tried to book an appointment last week and somehow ended up paying for the services. I thought after I paid online, I could book. Absolute user-error; i wasn't reading through, I was trying to do something quickly which I should not have done. I called and got in touch with Kathy who passed my info along to the owner. This issue got resolved professionally, but with compassion in an extremely timely manner. I cannot wait to go here, I know this will be my new favorite Beauty Salon! Thank you guys both!
