I haven't had the pleasure of using this salon, however my customer service experience was top-notch. I tried to book an appointment last week and somehow ended up paying for the services. I thought after I paid online, I could book. Absolute user-error; i wasn't reading through, I was trying to do something quickly which I should not have done. I called and got in touch with Kathy who passed my info along to the owner. This issue got resolved professionally, but with compassion in an extremely timely manner. I cannot wait to go here, I know this will be my new favorite Beauty Salon! Thank you guys both!

I have never been huge on makeup, but I do wear eyeliner and mascara since I was 14 or 15 years old. I know for the past 5 or 6 years the extensions have been a big thing and popular so I have wanted to try it for a while. Well, I finally got a chance to do it and not only did I have a great cosmetician but also have a great outcome. Kathleen was a very personable and informative technician. She made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. I feel extra fancy now with my lashes. I am going to be a recurring customer and I plan to send a few of my friends who are curious her way. Thank you for a generally great experience all the way around. I’m one happy girl!
