We recently purchased a new home and had the tile and grout professionally cleaned and the grout stained and sealed. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The floors look brand new, and the Oak grout color we chose looks great. Top color in photo. Edmir was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. The difference before and after was incredible, and it made a huge impact on the overall look of our home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality tile and grout cleaning and sealing.
We have terra cotta clay tile that was flooded by 2 feet of saltwater during Hurricane Helene. Not everyone is familiar with the proper way to clean and reseal the tile, so we didn't think it would ever look good. Ed was fabulous, and the tiles now look brand new. We love his attention to detail and highly recommend him for tile cleaning. Once the furniture is in place, we will have him back to clean the carpets.
And, he and his wife do an equally excellent service on cleaning carpets. They look so bright and clean.
Ed and his crew did a fantastic job of deep cleaning and sealing the tile in my home. They are very detailed, professional and patient (I had many questions and all were answered). Looking forward to working with ESB again.
