Staff was great, new doc saw me and she was awesome! Super helpful, explained everything well. When I was checking in though, they didn’t have my correct insurance on file despite being there last year with the same insurance. Otherwise everything went nicely!
I simply love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Amato is absolutely the best. She is so patient and diligent. She's been taking of my eye care for several years now and she and the staff have always taken excellent care of me. Cathy is absolutely the bomb when comes to eyeglass choice and measurements. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Amato and her staff to show you the same kind attention and care.
I had a fantastic experience at this office! The service was fast and efficient, and the staff made excellent recommendations for eyewear options that suited both my style and budget. Dr. Eric Heaps answered all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They offer a great selection of eyewear, and if you have EyeMed insurance, the value is outstanding!
