This company and more importantly - Don, has gone above and beyond for our house and saved us. We couldn’t be more thankful. After the disaster of a brand new build having several plumbing issues/flooding not even 3 weeks moving in, the horrible company Southwest plumbing came out not 2 or 3 times but more like 6 and 7 to not only tell us the “issue is cleared” but it is the homeowners fault as to why this kept happening.Little behold our legit hero, Don, found the main source of the problem. A huge nail that was put through the piping then discretely patched over to think no one would ever notice. Can’t wait to take legal actions on that one.Don came out on Friday...read full review

Zero stars not an option. Forced to use this horrible company as our builder used them for our initial plumbing. They don’t stand behind their work - which is poor to begin with. If you have other options, run the other way away from this company. Oh, and they are rude!Service: Water heater installation

Stay away from this company. We were forced to use them as they were the original plumber for our home we had built in 2020. We had issues with our water heater (and other miscellaneous plumbing issues) from the second month after we moved in, to the extent that BMW had to install a new water heater in our home. The installation was so poor that the valve leaked into the electrical components and created an electrical fire within the water heater. BMW, and specifically Don Bowers, do not stand behind their work. They are rude. They do not acknowledge their poor work product. Stay away!
