The Baycare facility is always clean and welcoming. The nurses at the station greeted me pleasantly and check-in was effortless. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Nurse Jen was pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Zahedi was patient, listened to all my questions and concerns, and considered my suggestions. Dr. Zahedi has made me feel heard and that my concerns are valid.
I appreciate the signage throughout the office and the flow of communication. I particularly appreciate the staff's commitment to ensure patient safety and comfort by escorting each person to the exit at the end of the appointment.
Doctor very understanding and listen to my concerns. But the doctor assistant very rude. I talked to her about my issues, she very short and walk ahead of me, obviously showed me she did not care about my question and concerns. I emails, and called Baycare office twice about my concerns and left a message. Got a response from email, but did not answer my question. No call back yet. It really stress me regarding this. I need to rethink if I need to change where I want my medical care at.
I’m blown away again with Dr. sailors. It’s been four years since I’ve been to the office and I needed a physical. He is a no BS kind of doctor that does what he needs to do but works with the patient as well. He was able to do my initial Screening again since it’s been past three years and my physical and 20 minutes. There was no lack of care and he was very thorough. He does his work with excellence and transparency, yet not bogged down by the system. Everything I hate about the medical system. he was not. Thank you! Im encouraged!
