I've been going to this location for 17 years. Since they've become Advent, the "care" I receive is laughable. I used to love it. After my practitioner moved about 6-7 years ago, it got progressively worse. Now as Advent, every time I call for something there's a new rule as to why it can no longer be done. Every complaint to my primary is referred out - don't even know what a primary is for anymore. It's. Just. Money. God forbid you ask for a pre-authorization. Excellent care was provided today. Jenny, Alexis, Breanna, Dr. Harvey, Aetna, Natasha, and Cathy were professional, courteous, and more than helpful today. The overall time was quick and I cannot impress upon everyone to visit Adventure- Bloomingdale.
Highly recommend, the doctors listen to your concerns, they are efficient and since remodeling the office is so nice to visit. The front desk staff are friendly, responsive and knowledgeable.
