We’ve been here twice with our children, and both times we barely had to wait. The staff was super pleasant and kind. I was hoping we’d see the same staff as before because they were so fun and my kids loved them, but this time we had a man who was very funny as well, he made the visit enjoyable for everyone! I was worried when I was reading reviews but really they were just wonderful.

Dr.Z is wonderful. She is professional and efficient but the office staff is not diligent at all with answering the phone or proper customer service. Your better off going to the office to get things done like prescriptions refills and referrals. They do not document what you actually called for properly either. I called then had to call again multiple times just to get a referral sent to insurance and a new oral surgeon. I only gave stars ONLY because of Dr.Z of the staff was better I would've gave more.

I am a person that does not like going to the dentist at all.. However, the receptionist (she was new) was kind and the employees in the back were absolutely wonderful. To Shyndell (singer assistant), Jacquiem (great customer service) and Dr. Zaandam (very personable);
Thank you for the best experience!! You guys worked as a team!!!

I would highly recommend going to North Florida Medical for the great professional care and support.
