Inspector showed just before scheduled appointment. He offered to complete the exterior portions first, so I could keep my four big dogs inside, then let them out when he was ready to inspect inside. The whole 4 point inspection took about an hour or so, and the roof exterior was completed with a UAV, which allowed a decent visual inspection and no need to climb on the roof. Very concise, professional and friendly. The only negative is that I did not recieve a copy or link to his report.

We are purchasing a new build condo in Babcock Ranch. We hired WIN Home Inspection for a pre-close inspection. Pierre was very thorough and personable. He answered all our questions and explained everything in terms that we could understand. We hired WIN because they provide a second inspection in 11 months before the warranty expires. The second inspection is included in the one-time fee. I recommend WIN to inspect your home to provide you with peace of mind.

Our inspector was Jason and he was very professional. He was very detailed and took his time to inspect the home we are buying. He explained everything through out the house. We had a very detailed report within a couple of hours. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
