Sean & Ana Howard of West Coast Builders is a family oriented custom builder in Punta Gorda area. My custom home built (2019) with direct and constant communication from Sean and his team from the planning stage, throughout the construction process, truly stress free homeowner experience.
The quality construction is hands down of the upmost highest standard and pride in the workmanship is outstanding. Sean was easily accessible, very hands on and extra helpful in walking the homeowner through the process start to finish. 17 years and counting and it still fells like a new home! Construction was started on my home in 2004 and was at block stage when hurricane Charley hit. This means that my home has technically withstood 2 direct hits from category 4 hurricanes. There have been a few other glancing blows through the years (e.g., Irma). After the longest night of my life we emerged on Sept 29th to discover that not only had the roof held there was very little evidence that the house had just been hit with 150 MPH winds for hours on end.
