My wife and I recently worked with Kevin on purchasing a condo in Punta Gorda. He was a joy to work, showed us a bunch of condos in the area. After a night of thinking about it we put in an offer and it was accepted. Kevin helped us put the right offer together to get it accepted the next day and we now are enjoying the beautiful southern Florida weather instead of shoveling snow in Michigan!!
