Had a great experience with Shea Roofing. I liked that they are local and the owner Evan came out to do the initial inspection himself.
They are able to get our metal roof completely done in one day. He treated his crew great. Came out perfect. Got a big reduction in our Homeowners insurance too.
They treated us like family through the whole process and his wife even gave us some local fish they had caught when they heard my elderly Mom loves to eat fish. Totally recommend.
We had a very good experience with Shea Roofing LLC. The price for the project was better than any of the other three that we solicited.
Their crew was great. They were efficient, they delivered as promised, and really put a fine roof on our home. All the permitting was taken care of, and the wind mitigation report was provided after the job was provided, which saved us more than 50% on our home insurance.
We had some hiccups in the beginning when their contract promised 0% financing, but then said it was no longer available. The office manager put a lot of effort into finding us a 0% credit card, and we were able to complete the process without any further problems.

Everyone at Shea Roofing was very friendly and good at their individual jobs. The response time was excellent. They did what they said they would do for the price quoted. I was very happy and would hire them again.
