We were referred to Melissa at Roofs Only by a friend. So glad for that referral! Melissa was great through the whole process, very professional and kept us informed. We were out of town during the installation and she sent pictures and communication daily of the progress. We went with a metal roof and they beat the competitors prices. Great company and you will not be disappointed using Roofs Only and Melissa!

Wow is all I can say.. Melissa and the entire team at RoofsOnly were amazing.. I purchased an older home with existing roof damage from Ian and the replacement process was super easy thanks to Melissa’s guidance. My new metal roof is beautiful and has been performing amazingly.
