Switched to Pinch a Penny on Rio de Janeiro for my pool service about a month ago and have been getting great service. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive that the solo guy I had been using, but after years of inconsistent, incomplete services where I had to go buy supplemental chemicals at P-a-P anyway, and having my pool turn green at a very inconvenient time and having to rectify that myself, I tried Pinch a Penny. What a difference! Was easy to set up, service shows up every week at pretty much same time, provides all chemicals.
