Ive been here before and have had a great experience but not today. I got to the place at 6:20pm for a polish change on my feet and a basic manicure. Was taken back for the polish change and when I asked about the manicure. Just wanted my nails cut and polished a clear coat was told to come back tomorrow because they were closed. Mind you it was 6:50pm and they closed at 7pm. Due to this I dont plan to return. Ive always tipped well and have been polite. I felt embarassed and was basically kicked out. As soon as I walked out the employees left out right behind me. It was very unprofessional.
I’ve been to many places before, but none with this level of consistency and customer care. Every visit feels like a treat. They remember your preferences, treat you with respect, and always deliver outstanding results. Highly recommend!
The pedicure service was absolutely delightful. The environment was calm and clean, and the staff were kind and professional. They took great care of my feet, especially my heels which were very dry. The polish is beautiful and the massage was incredibly relaxing. I walked out feeling like I just left a spa!
