She is very professional & takes time to talk w you. I never feel rushed. I also like Joann. Always pleasant & caring and takes time to call you back.
However, the front office staff (Callie) has made me think about changing offices. She is rude & unprofessional. I was out of town & called to canx an appt. The next day, she called & left me a message that I had missed my appointment. Still out of town, I called back & told her I did call & speak w
