Adam and his team did a major RENO for us while we were away during the summer months. They did an awesome job with the demo and rebuild. We had a new kitchen, two new baths, all new flooring, trim, and baseboards installed as well as interior painting. The carpentry work, tile work, custom cabinets, and flooring all came out better than expected. And on schedule! Very qualified and honest company to work with. Would highly recommend.

We found our dream location for a condo in Punta Gorda. With the help of LTD Contracting we completely renovated the space to create the condo of our dreams. Evin and Sam were fantastic to work with. We were up north for most of the renovations and needed to rely on LTD Contracting for just about everything. We had complete confidence. Communications were often and continuous.
