Working woth Hans Menzer the owner of Flamingo Pool and Spa was amazing. I needed to get a new pool heater. I got three beds and his was like $2000 less than all plus he came back a second time just to adjust the heater in the timer on the pool at no cost. After our highly-complex pool/control equipment was destroyed by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Hans completely rebuilt and upgraded our pool system. It was not an easy rebuild, but Hans and his team put things back together, better than before, and continued to troubleshoot the challenging Jandy Aqualink system to our satisfaction. Highly recommend Flamingo Pools for excellent customer service, communication, build and service!

Our Aqualink system was not working properly. We have had two previous “so called” pool technicians from other companies who work on this system but failed to correct the problem and even causing additional problems. We checked to see who installed this unit and found out it was Flamingo Pools. We contacted Hans who came out and diagnosed the problems and returned a few days later to rectify the problems. We are extremely happy with the service, knowledge and professionalism provided by Hans. We would highly recommend this company.
