Called on a Saturday and they returned my call Monday at 8am. Everyone is very nice.
Today, I had Mr. Thomas Caspari perform one of my six month maintenance inspections. The office staff sent me a reminder regarding my appointment in the morning. When Thomas completed his appointment previous to mine he sent a text introducing himself. He arrived in a timely manner, and except for him needing to examine my thermostat, went about his inspections without needing my assistance. He gave me a complete report of his findings and advised what I can do to assist in maintaining my unit. I could not ask for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Executive Cooling and Heating for your air conditioning and heat pump equipment maintenance needs.
Excellent service. From the first phone call for an emergency to after the service guy, Thomas, left. I would more that recommend this business. I have lived in Charlotte County for 31 years and I would would have to say this is the best company I have ever dealt with ( not just air conditioning).
