Thrilled with the outcome of a quick palm tree purchase which was installed within 2 hours and the removal of my poor dead palm. Diana and Arturo were very helpful in providing advice on the tree selected and the accompanying shrubbery. Arturo arrived with his crew for the actual hard work. Looks great! I wouldn't have picked a triplet without their encouragement and glad that I did.
We visited Beltran today looking for some landscaping ideas. The employees that were working outside were so kind and helpful. But when we went to checkout the store manager was at the register. He was the exact opposite of what we experienced outside. Did not talk at all and was in such a rush to get us out the door.
I normally don’t write bad reviews but I don’t appreciate the way he treated us after we spent huge $$$$$!
We love the design Scott did for us, very professional, on time, explained everything, didn’t break our budget, gave multiple options and ideas, I highly recommend them
