I’m a pilot and on the road a lot. It seems like nothing ever happens til I leave for a trip. This past week was no exception. I was out of the country when my wife texted me on Saturday saying that our AC had finally kicked the bucket. We had already spoken with Daniel at Tracy Steele AC and had a scheduled replacement in about 2 weeks. I contacted Daniel and told him that the AC had quit and asked if he could keep us in mind if there was a cancelation any sooner. I have a maintenance schedule with Tracy Steele Air Conditioning, Inc. Twice per year they come out and service my AC set up. My AC shut down this Labor Day before my next scheduled service was due. I called them and left a message knowing it wouldn't be until the next day before they could come out being it was a major holiday. Who would expect them to come out on LABOR DAY of all days? Well, not 15 minutes after I left the message I received a call from a tech who said he could be there in 10 minutes. He showed up that fast and discovered my drain line was clogged.
