Last week I purchased a Dr Wellness Tranquility Series G-1700…… I was wxcited to hear Jim was still in business. 25 years ago I bought my first spa from Jim when he was with VitaSpa. Ove the last 25 years I, and my family, have bought at least a dozen spas from Jim, and his sister. He has always been incredibly fair on pricing, but more importantly has taken great care of us AFTER purchase. Many times a spa gets delivered without a piece, like this time the “rotating ball” was missing on delivery. I contacted Jim, and less than 24 hours later my spa was complete.
