I will recommend them to EVERYONE that asks! When I called they were able to quote me right over the phone, the price did NOT change when the technicians arrived either. I asked for a Friday small window, they gave it to me, they were running a little bit behind because of the job prior to me added on additional services, I was completely good with that because they ANSWERED the phone when I called inquiring about ETA, and explained the situation and assured me of a new ETA. What more can you ask out of customer service! Things happen, but what makes a difference when things happen is how you are treated as the customer! Two technicians showed up READY to go :) They explained to me the process for some stains I was concerned about and gave me VERY realistic expectations and explained WHY which was important because it made complete sense once someone broke it down to me. They were in and out in about an hour, they did both stairs, 2 master rooms, and a hallway! I thought that was impressive timing for all that! They did an AMAZING job, the carpet looks new, there was NO after smell to it, and it was dry within about 6-7 hours completely as I followed all their recommendations fans on high, and AC low after completion! I hope every realtor and homeowner is using this company because they are not only incredibly budget friendly but they are top notch service from the office , to the technicians!
