We had a pretty nasty siruation with a dead raccoon in our attic. Our whole house began to smell. We didnt know what was dead at the time or where it was or if other living things were up there. Rats to Bats responded very quickly and were able to remove what we found out was a dead raccoon. They then sealed up where it entered the attic and 3 other spots that were succeptible to entry. Price was reasonable. Very impressed with the gentlemen who arrived, the responsiveness of the service, and their knowledge of what to do and how to do it correctly. If we ever have another situation like this (which i hope we dont lol) they will be the ONLY company we call.
First, they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The technician arrived on-time! I had rats in my attic for the 3rd time and prior companies were not successful sealing the access points that let them in.
Robert did a very thorough assessment of my entire structure and found the problems.. he set numerous traps. Next day (on time again) he removed one trap with a dead rat. He then did a lengthly job of sealing all spots of access.
After three failed attempts I'm very pleased with the results and ongoing service. Highly recommend.
Rob and and Taylor from Rats and Bats came to inspect my house on short notice. They were professional, knowledgeable, and quickly found numerous subtle and vulnerable entry points into my attic from the outside where rats had been entering. Rob did a thorough job of sealing up all of the entry points with foam and cement. They also installed PVC caps on the vent stacks and added a Rubber-coated wire strip for the bottom of garage door. Rob navigated through my attic placing traps in spots that were difficult to access. Their determination and confidence and workmanship left us feeling reassured that we are 100% rodent free for a long time for a great price.
