We live across from the Savanna’s preserve and had a rat problem in the attic. Not only were they destroying things up there they were drawing more dangerous animals into the yard. Eastern diamond backs, as well as pregnant raccoons. Taylor explained to me if we can eliminate the rat problem we will eliminate all the other nuisance critters. They reinforced every possible way they could be coming and going on the roof and left bait boxes around high traffic areas.9 days later no signs of rats in and round my house. The price was reasonable for a guarantee they will never bother us again. Always on time and very polite, knowledgeable and professional ❤️
