Their professionalism , compassion and expertise was beyond my greatest expectations. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vet to call now for an appointment. Our family can’t thank Dr Lori and her staff enough for the last two days! They did everything they could do when we ran into the doors for an emergent situation despite us never bringing our dog there.they took him in right away no questions asked! Our dog got attacked by two other dogs and they took the BEST care of him. Despite the outcome not good they never stopped trying! Thank you so much for top care and support and empathy during this tragedy.
I don’t even know where to begin. After a 5 hour ER wait the night before just to be sent home due to more severe cases(totally understandable), they got my dog in ASAP and on a Saturday! They were kind and professional. Us pet owners know how scary it can be when you don’t know what is wrong with our fur babies. They listened, treated both of us with care, provided ample information, diagnosed him and got him on a round of medication that should help. I’m full of gratitude and will definitely become a regular patient. Thank you Prima Vista Animal Hospital!
