Ryan is a gem. He's honest, extremely nice and professional, which is a rarity these days. He worked so hard to try and salvage my discontinued dinosaur printer to no avail. Sadly, he suggested replacing with a new one (not antiquated) as the cost of the part wouldn't be worth it . He provided us with exceptional service in the past with our computer and highly recommend him for service if needed!!
My computer crashed about two weeks ago. I was looking for someone to fix it. I founds Network Links and I called and spoke to Ryan. He told me to bring it in. I left it for a week and then went to pick it up. When I got it home, it still didn't work. I called Ryan immediately and he said he would meet me at the store the next morning, which he did. I called on Friday and Ryan said it was ready for me to pick up. I got it home, plugged it in and it works again like it did before it crashed. If you need a computer guy, call Ryan. He is there to help you solve your problems. So glad I found him and he will be my go to guy if I have any other issues.Barbara Lucier
