First, we spoke to Barbara who provided us with information as to scheduling and form that had to be filled out. She set up the appointment. The day of the installation, Joshua, the Technician, was friendly, informative and explained the installation process. Excellent service! We thank you both!
Excellent service, communication, and great work done. Had a new dishwasher put in and old onenl hauled away, shower faucet repaired and a new kitchen faucet fixed. Ed the plumber did a great job. The fees and charges were fairly priced and charges were discussed up front. All is well. I would call on them again for plumbing repairs/installations.
The best plumbing company I have used. We now call them for everything without even considering any other companies. The plumbers on board have been with this company for years and that says a lot about how they feel about their jobs. All employees we have had the pleasure of meeting have been pleasant, attentive to our concerns, and have delivered excellent quality in workmanship. John has helped us with several of our jobs and he is top notch.
