“Can't thank you enough for your customer service. I am in a 12 hour difference time zone and ordered my girlfriend a flower arrangement delivery online for her birthday. They were so responsive and communicative with emailing back and forth. I had accidentally placed a double order by accident and they were so quick to reverse it without any hassle. I even emailed them on the day to see if they could deliver 3 hours early than originally requested before my girlfriend was going out for the day, and they got the arrangement delivered within an hour of me sending the email request. Very great customer service and the arrangement was stunning. Will be ordering again in the future :)“
