For starters I will say everything is a process. In business it is never a smooth ride but that is it the journey when you create your llc. I want to share my joy with elite electric and plumbing and the public. I am a honest person how i feel is how i feel . And dang-it I am super happy past happy I am elated. Everything is a process it not how you start but how you finish. Elite overall gave me my moneys worth . The unit looks great the set up is tailored. I cant forget the engineers who installed the unit they spent close to 10 hours grinding it out . Jason & Dalton gave me a Bentley experience. I am satisfied . Thanks Again . We purchase our home a year ago and the prior owners used Elite. I called to get our AC tune up and had a great vibe from my very first call with Kim. She was very personable and got me an appointment for Thursday. Today they called and stated that they had sooner availability which worked even better for me. The technician James was punctual and very professional. I am very happy with my choice going with this company and I highly recommend based on my experience so far. Elite was easy to work with, very professional, and had good communication throughout the scheduling process. The technician took his time and reviewed all of my asks prior to quoting. Unfortunately, I had several urgent work calls that prevented the technician and me from reviewing everything in detail. The technician was very understanding, sent me my Quote via email and we are going to connect via phone about which services I can move forward. Based on my customer service experience, I would recommend Elite.
