Noah deserves higher than 5 stars. He was very professional ,understanding, patient and very personable. He explained everything to me . Did all the troubleshooting. Found the problem and explained what needed to be done. Elite is a great company that continually will use again and again. I wish to thank the elite team for their excellent work.
5 star service for this company. Although I submitted a request for a faulty GFI switch, I came out at the end of my service appointment with a whole lot more. Garfield have me his honest and professional opinion about a manually installed surge protector in my panel, that was doing basically nothing except protecting the inside of my home for basic lights, etc. it was supposed to be for my AC unit. He then proceeded to check not one outlet, but all of my outside GGI outlets to determine the root cause. He ruled out the common denominator, which was my outdoor mini fridge.
