I was very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in providing good customer service. I felt more like an inconvenience than a paying customer.

The quality of the service was also poor. The technician appeared rushed, paid little attention to detail, and the final result did not meet basic expectations. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with both the service and the overall experience.

I came in for an eyebrow wax and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The service itself was fine and I was told it would be $15, which I agreed to. Before starting, I confirmed payment options and was told they accept Zelle, which I use. After the service, I sent the payment to the phone number provided. The payment went through and was processing, but the employee insisted that the name on the Zelle account was spelled slightly differently and demanded I send another payment.

Very poor quality, went in for a fill with just a pink gel polish and 2 days later the polish is chipping off and bubbling up, I've NEVER had this happen and I've been getting my nails done for like 30 years! Don't go here don't waste ur money, go to official spa and salon !!
