I’ve used them twice and can’t say anything bad about their service. The first time they came out and measured the airflow and advised me that I did not need servicing. Based on their honesty I called them back out when my dryer wasn’t drying fast enough. We had appointment mixups on my end and their end, but did communicate throughout the scheduling process. They were finally able to come out and did a thorough job. I wasn’t aware, but they do provide a 1 year warranty. I recommend them to everyone.
