Very helpful staff. They will test your pool or hot tub water at no charge and give you a customized “Prescription” paper with clear instructions on how to get your pool looking clear again, and never try to sell you anything. They always offer to help carry out the chemicals to the car. They’ll keep your pool looking great and have everything you need in stock.
Two thumbs up!! They close at 5pm. I pulled around back Like normal not realizing they just closed. You too can pull around and use the back door for chlorine refills only during regular hours. I was 5 minutes late and they still took care of me. Made me smile. Thank you both for making me feel good about writing a teview which I normally do not do. You went that extra step. Bravo :)
This pool store is the best in town. Family owned, caring, helps solve issues, and will beat prices of competitors! They are very welcoming and knowledgeable! They do resurfacing, tiles, skimmer repair, free water testing, and equipment. Go see the team at Crystal clear you won't be disappointed!!!
