Today I needed service for my air conditioner and Gregg showed up to save the day. Gregg reached my home in about a half an hour. When I was expecting it to take him longer. Gregg evaluated my air system and had me back with cool air in no time. He also gave me information about replacing my system as that will have to be in the near future. I appreciate clean air company bc the have knowledgeable technicians and the service is quick and somewhat affordable as they do have financing as an option. Thank you Gregg and clean air.
When I returned home from vacation, the master bedroom a/c was not working. I called them at 5 p.m., and they arrived at 9 a.m. the next day to address the issue—a very customer-focused company. Gregg Robinson, the service tech, explained the issue and effectively resolved it. He left the area clean and neat.
Excellent service, on time and Jeff the owner of Clean Air had all the answers to my questions. I used Clean Air at another home with an AC issue and they found the solution quickly. The part was under warranty and he was very fair with the labor cost.
