The interior of this salon is really pretty and the girl who works at the front desk is super nice. With that being said, my manicure wasn't good. First of all, this girl barely acknowledged me. She made 0 effort to communicate with me or make eye contact. Ok, whatever. The whole experience felt super rushed. From the moment I sat down until the moment I left was approximately 20 minutes. She basically filed my nails and painted them. There was no hand soak, massage, cuticle clean up, etc. Fast forward 2 days and my nails are already chipping. My previous Salon wasn't meeting my expectations. A friend suggested Bella Lani Nails. I went in for a pedicure first. My appointment was with Brittney. I opted for the Signature Pedicure. Amazing!! Brittney was fun and did an amazing job. I booked my acrylics with Christy M. She did a great job! While I'm a classic kind of girl, I have seen some beautiful designs leave her table upon my arrival. The past couple of visits, I have used Kristy V to do my acrylics. She is very personable & owns the Salon. She is helpful in picking the color I describe I am looking for. Her attention to detail is fantastic. I recently left my old nail place because my girl left. So I went to Bella Lani on April 20th and was I pleasantly surprised. An, the nail tech, was very nice and friendly. She did an excellent job both on my feet and hands and was very time efficient. My nails look amazing and NO chips. Not too thick or thin, just perfect. My mani and pedi found a new home. Thanks An!!!
