10/10 stars! This is a wonderful AC company. My family and I were stranded without out AC for a while. Amtek worked tirelessly to get us a unit as quickly as possible. They were extremely effective in communication and scheduling timely service. It was a 5 hour install and the employees worked relentlessly in the pouring rain to get us a working AC unit. Customer service is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Our AC died this past weekend and it got hot FAST in our house ! Amtek technicians Chris and Brandon came out and had so much compassion for us and were able to get a new motor installed the very next day. They answered all our questions and were sympathetic to our concerns ! John, from Amtek was able to install the new motor in under 40 minutes ! He even stayed to be sure the temperature in the house was coming down. I am so grateful for Chris, Brandon, and John AND the command center of the Amtek office. All were very professional and compassionate. Thank you AMTEK !!!
I couldn’t be happier with Amtek Air Conditioning! After weeks of frustration with another company repeatedly charging me to recharge my refrigerant, Amtek came to the rescue. They quickly diagnosed a leak and instead of just patching things up temporarily, they recommended a new unit. The whole process was smooth and professional.
