This is the 2nd time ACT sent technician Timmy. This time was to service my AC unit + more. Timmy was very transparent and detailed in explaining his recommendations, even though I asked a lot of questions. I’m happy I chose ACT to replace my entire unit, but I am also very pleased with the service Timmy provided both times. Thank you!!
Timothy is very friendly and efficient. He introduced himself and explained things to me as well as making recommendations that were necessary and things that were not necessary at this point. i was pleased with his service.
