I'd had 2 other companies check the a/c system and they both came back within minutes with quotes of several thousands of dollars with little to no explanation. Kyle asked me questions- which to me is huge! How can a solution be given without 1st knowing the problem? Once he assessed the issue(s) he explained my options to me and made a plan for follow up. A/C Authority recently performed a complete HVAC systems check on our house. Kyle arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional in appearance and attitude. He informed me on each step of the process and checked every connection to ensure it was secureAn evaluation of the system was made and suggestions were given as to what should be done as far as filters make sure that the entire system functions as it should for the upcoming summer seasonI would highly recommended this very professional and talented individual toanyone

If you are reading these reviews consider yourself lucky you found A/C Authority. You will not find a more knowledgeable, honest, and skilled HVAC tech than Kyle. He does not try to sell you a new unit if he feels he can keep your old unit going. Put it this way when Kyle came to replaced my air handler fan he told me he was looking forward to fixing it! He has a passion for what he does. If you read this and do not at least give Kyle a call then you have no one to blame but yourself.
