Chris, the maintenance/repairman was exceptional. His knowledge and dedication to detail was amazing. He spent close to 3 hours here servicing both units and made sure they were operating at top efficiency. His mannerisms and politeness were very refreshing in today’s world . The office kept me in the loop as to when Chris was leaving his other appointment and what time he would be arriving at my home. I would not hesitate to refer others to look into AC Authority for their A/C needs.
Kyle Was on time and very professional. He located the leak in my AC unit and deemed it repairable. We will be talking about the repair of the AC and replacement of the thermostat shortly. Thanks for all he did on this initial visit, and I look forward to working with this company in the near future.
The service we received during our HVAC maintenance appt was great; however, the service maintenance agreement we had with Absolutely Cool seems to have been misplaced and we were charged for the visit. Trying to schedule the appt itself in the first place was bumpy - it was rescheduled multiple times by A/C Authority.
