The positive: De Ann was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The Negative: they require monies wired to them while we are the cost. But when the deal fell thru they refuse to wire the monies back so they don’t have to pay the fee. So going on a week, a 5 day holiday weekend for them and still have not returned monies. Not very professional.
