Water Heater Installation/Repair near Port Richey

“Last night, an outdoor hose spigot came off the wall, forcing me to shut off the water to the entire house. I contacted Farrell Plumbing, and Alex arrived within about 45 minutes.

He evaluated the problem and explained that the repair would cost approximately $1,000, including parts, labor, and an after-hours service fee of about $225, if I remember correctly. The work was completed quickly and appears to have been done very well.

I am deducting one star because, after Alex had been paid and left, I discovered that a Farrell Plumbing lawn sign had been placed in my yard advertising the job. No one asked for my permission. After paying roughly $1,000 for the repair, being used for free advertising without being consulted did not sit well with me. It was unnecessary and left a negative final impression.

Aside from that, the service itself was exceptional, although expensive.“

“Wanting to be proactive, needed to replace polybutylene pipe that was installed in our condo in St Pete when they were built, due to many leaks occurring in our building with neighboring units. I contacted 3 companies for onsite quotes. KBR came in with the best price and I felt comfortable with their ideas of how to complete this project. Kyle and his team came in on the agreed upon day and in approx 8 hours they had completed the repipe. They cut minimal holes in the sheet rock, using locations that were least obvious ( closet and Laundry room ceilings, behind the refrig etc). They were very clean in working, placing protective sheets down on carpet to protect where they walked. KBR handled all permits and scheduled the County inspection. Next 2 working days, sheetrock was replaced, compounded and textured. All we had to do was repaint. Cannot tell where the repairs were done. All inclusive price. Excellent job and would recommend KBR to do your repipe job!“
